Certified Trainer - Driver Safety & Competency Development

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs using various e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft PowerPoint. You will also conduct in-person training sessions, assess trainee progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs on driver safety and competency development using e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Conduct in-person training sessions to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
• Assess trainee progress and provide ongoing support to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Collaborate with fleet management to ensure training programs align with operational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on driver performance and safety.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to continuously improve training programs.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the training and development of drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Certification in Training and Development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
