The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, usage, and waste.,Train and supervise staff to ensure they are meeting service standards and are knowledgeable about the menu.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and service initiatives.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the F&B service area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
