As a Deputy Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlets and driving sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences is an advantage.
