📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of wafer bumping equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance using tools like SECS/GEM and other automation software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement productivity improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support to operators and engineers.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment engineering, with a focus on semiconductor or related industries.
• Certification in SEMI E10, E13, or similar industry standards is a plus.
• Proficient in using equipment automation software such as SECS/GEM, FactoryTalk, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with wafer bumping processes and equipment is a significant advantage.
• Ability to travel to different sites as needed.
