📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute large-scale trade exhibitions and events, ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best deals and ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering, to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of event coordinators, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and support to deliver exceptional results.
• Leverage your fluency in Japanese to build and maintain relationships with Japanese clients and partners, facilitating business opportunities and growth.
• Monitor event performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to enhance event experiences and drive commercial success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Event Director or similar role, with a strong track record of managing large-scale events.
• Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and partners.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event planning software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
