📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily factory operations to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of quality.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage a team of production and quality control personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Utilize advanced software such as SAP and QAD to streamline production processes and monitor performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in factory operations and quality control.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and QAD software for production management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the metal manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
