Fluentz - Speak Fluently is seeking an experienced IELTS and High-Stakes English Exam Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching English to students preparing for IELTS and other high-stakes English exams. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping students to achieve their academic and professional goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that are tailored to the needs of students preparing for IELTS and other high-stakes English exams.,Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills and achieve their desired scores.,Conduct regular assessments and exams to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and exam requirements to provide the best possible support to students.,Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching (ELT) or a related field.,TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.,Experience teaching IELTS and other high-stakes English exams.,Strong knowledge of IELTS and other high-stakes English exam formats and requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
