📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Badung branch,Managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets,Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market trends,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Conducting regular training and development sessions for the team,Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the sales or marketing industry,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
