📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Prepare and present technical proposals, product demonstrations, and sales presentations,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales and technical projects,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess customer needs and provide technical solutions,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments,Provide technical support and training to customers and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role, preferably in the air compressor or industrial machinery industry,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of air compressor and industrial machinery products, systems, and applications,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and technical software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
