In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
