📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present operational reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Experience in a café or restaurant setting is a plus.
