📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the desk collection process, ensuring timely and accurate collections from customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Use Zoho CRM to track and manage customer interactions and collections.
• Record and process collections using QuickBooks accounting software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support the overall business objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Zoho CRM and QuickBooks accounting software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
