📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase clinic revenue and patient base.,Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, suppliers, and referral sources.,Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion of dental services.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Manage and track business development KPIs to measure performance and success.,Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management on business development activities.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of the dental industry and healthcare market.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
