📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services.,Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, both online and offline.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.,Create and manage marketing content, including social media posts, website content, and promotional materials.,Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers.,Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.,Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Knowledge of Bali's tourism industry is a plus.
