Express Go Group is looking for a Deputy Store Admin to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the Store Admin in achieving store targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain good relationships and negotiate favorable terms.,Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they understand store policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Admin.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure store cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety standards.,Assist in planning and executing store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store administration.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and ERP software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
