📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product/service improvement.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and industry is a plus.
