📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using SAP or similar financial software.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable balances to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to resolve any payment-related issues.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
