📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting.,Assist in the budgeting process, forecasting financial needs, and managing expenses.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
