CV Sejahtera Property is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's vehicle fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced and inspected regularly to meet safety standards.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule and manage vehicle repairs.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Provide support to drivers and other staff regarding vehicle issues and maintenance.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
