📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the restaurant's reputation and image.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and availability of ingredients.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar business.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer software for business management and accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
