Fast Go Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for helping employees and the organization thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
