Bengkel Intan Auto Service is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.,Prepare budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
