📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
