PRISM Unggul is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening and the right candidate will be able to start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system and ensuring that we have the right products in stock at all times. You will work closely with our sales and procurement teams to ensure that we meet customer demand and maintain a healthy inventory level.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.,Assist in the procurement process by ordering and receiving inventory.,Work with the sales team to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points as needed.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and other related documents.,Work with the warehouse team to ensure that inventory is stored and organized properly.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory control systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a must.,English language skills are a plus.
