📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Manage and maintain supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues.,Oversee the purchasing process, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Lead and mentor a team of purchasing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and analyze purchasing metrics, such as cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance, to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management, with a track record of achieving cost savings and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including requisition, procurement, and payment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of purchasing staff.,Proficiency in using purchasing and supply chain management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
