Hokian Putri Mart is looking for a dedicated Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any complaints or issues.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales and marketing activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Willingness to work remote and follow company policies and procedures.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
