PT Property Lestari Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving the sales process from initial contact to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure product satisfaction and usage.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.,Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products/services offered.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
