In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
