📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.,Manage administrative tasks such as office management, travel arrangements, and event planning.,Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
