Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Health Project Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing health projects aimed at improving the well-being of children in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage health projects to improve the well-being of children in Bali.,Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.,Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners, stakeholders, and communities.,Provide technical guidance and support to project staff.,Represent Save the Children Indonesia in meetings, conferences, and other events.,Ensure the effective use of resources and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in health project management.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing health projects.,Strong knowledge of health systems, policies, and programs.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with donor reporting and monitoring frameworks.
