📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service demands.,Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
