In this role, you'll use tools like Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Excel to manage collections, track payments, and generate reports. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them understand their payment options and find solutions that work for both parties.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage collections by contacting clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
• Track and monitor outstanding payments using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and improve collections strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining payment options and resolving customer concerns.
• Follow up with clients to ensure payments are received on time.
• Stay updated on collections best practices and industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collections policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
