📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process mortgage applications using our in-house system and industry-standard software such as Encompass and DocMagic.
• Verify and validate applicant information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with underwriting and loan officers to gather additional documentation and information as needed.
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies or issues that arise during the processing phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mortgage processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants, answering their questions and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Encompass and DocMagic, or willingness to learn these systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
