• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual goals.
• Manage donor relationships and maintain a database of contacts using Salesforce.
• Coordinate with project teams to align fundraising efforts with community development initiatives.
• Prepare and present funding proposals to potential donors and grant-making organizations.
• Organize and participate in fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and charity runs.
• Track and report on fundraising activities and progress towards targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising campaigns.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in fundraising and community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit or community development sector.
• Proven track record of successfully securing funding from diverse sources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in fundraising or a related field is a plus.
