As a le, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as Civil and Infrastructure components. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and verify the quality of MEP systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations.
• Oversee the construction and installation of civil and infrastructure components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine and final inspections to ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, including photos and drawings, to document findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to address any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in MEP and civil inspection.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and contractors on quality assurance and inspection procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP or civil inspection, with a strong background in quality assurance and compliance.
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard inspection software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and contractors.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
